Who we are
This website is operated by Bilkau Irish Wolfhounds & Miniature Long-haired Dachshunds ("Bilkau", "we", "us"), a small dog-breeding kennel based in Johannesburg, Gauteng. You can reach us on 082 458 7557 or at bookings@wolfhound.co.za.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you send a puppy enquiry, that is your name, email address, phone number, the area you live in, and whatever you tell us about your home and family. If you phone, email or WhatsApp us, we keep the contact details and the content of that conversation.
We do not run advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles on you.
Why we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to correspond with you about a puppy and keep in touch as a responsible breeder would. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How the enquiry form works
Our enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by a third-party form service, Web3Forms. When you submit the form, the details you entered are transmitted through Web3Forms solely to deliver your message to us. We do not use it to track you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to help you and to keep our own records as a breeder, and no longer than necessary. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us on 082 458 7557 or bookings@wolfhound.co.za.
If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
